In this seminar to deepen the topics from the lecture on semiconductor structures offers an excellent opportunity to learn additional concepts of semiconductor physics. Additionally, you will receive guidance on how to prepare a presentation on a scientific topic. Also sufficient time will be allocated for lab tours to provide practical insights into the subject matter.

The format is based on 20-30 min. presentations by the participants. A discussion on the content and technique of the lecture is welcomed.

Topics for your presentations range from the fabrication of semiconductor devices, to lasers, displays, transistors and emerging technologies such as quantum computing.
