The course will last one week; every day from 9am (ct) to 5pm.
It will start on the 1st February 2016 (CIP-Pool PT5 --> PT 1.0.17B)
The course will give a general introduction of an MRI scanner, the MRI basics and the BOLD signal. A detailed description of the the different fMRI designs will also be presented. During the first 3 days the student will be able to use the SPM package and on the fourth day a practical experiment is planned (on the Siemens Allegra 3T). On the very last day, the students will be able to analyze their data (measured on thursday) exploiting the knowledge acquired in the preceding days.
Die Veranstaltung führt in die praktischen Kenntnisse, Darstellungen und Besonderheiten des mobilen Eyetracking ein. Während des Praktikums wird ein System der SMI Eyetracking Glasses benutzt. Neben der Einführung in die Theorie des Eye Tracking in verschiedenen Anwendungsfeldern werden Praxisübungen mit dem Gerät und die praktische Datenauswertung eine Rolle spielen. Eine kleine Studie muss eigenständig geplant und durchgeführt werden, damit die erhobenen Daten selbst ausgewertet und in adäquater Form präsentiert werden können. Am Ende des Kurses wird ein Bericht verfasst
