Welcome to the selection of the next early career representatives in the WIN boards!
There are three simple steps:

1.) Choose your group
Please assign yourself to the group you currently feel most connected to, and sign up for the corresponding GRIPS course below:

  • Doctoral candidates who are members of structured programs 
  • Doctoral candidates who are not members of structured programs
  • Postdocs, candidates working on their habilitation, junior research group managers, tenure track professors, or similar

2.) Learn more about your candidates 
In your GRIPS course, you will find the the slides of the candidates on which they introduce themselves.

3.) Vote for your candidate
In your GRIPS course you also find the feedback form for voting anonymously.

Voting period: July 1 to July 15, 2026. 

       

Please note:

  • The GRIPS courses are set up so that participants cannot see each other.
  • You have one vote only.
  • You can vote immediately after registering or later, but only once. Please keep the deadline in mind: 15 Jul 2026.
  • Once you have cast your vote, you cannot change it.
  • After the voting ends, all your data will be deleted.

The administrators and their role:

  • Course administrators are Angela Weil-Jung, Christiane Kellner und Christina Schmidt - members of the WIN team.
  • Administrators can see who is enrolled in the courses and how many votes each candidate has received. 
  • Administrators cannot see whether any participant has voted or how he or she voted.
    The system is set up so that each person can vote only once, and the vote is anonymous.
