The main focus of this seminar series is the project management of HTS analysis. Together, we will create an imaginary bioinformatics/computational biology startup, exchange ideas and knowledge, and work in small groups on mini projects. We will meet weekly to discuss progress and define next steps.
The seminar is suitable for anyone, who uses or plans to use HTS data in their research. From beginners to experts.
The seminar is hosted every week on zoom.
