Galaxy is an open, web-based platform for accessible, reproducible and transparent computational research. The course aims to provide an introduction to the Galaxy platform and how it can be applied to analyse next generation sequencing data.

• RNA-seq workflow

• Objective: Each participant will receive the same RNA-seq dataset. Your task is to analyze it using your preferred analysis pipeline or any publicly available analysis pipelines (e.g., nextflow, snakemake).
• Discussion Sessions: In our biweekly sessions, we will compare the outcomes of different pipelines, delve deep into the methodologies, and discuss the most effective approaches.
• Final Goal: Based on our collective findings and discussions, we aim to construct the best-performing RNA-seq analysis pipeline by the end of the challenge.

Seminar to discuss and train NGS Analysis. 

Target Audience: Anyone, who would like to train their NGS analysis skills (small projects will be provided) or scientists already performing NGS analyses and would like to get feedback or help.

Requirements: Basic understanding of NGS Analysis. Beginners course "Analysis of NextGen Sequencing in Galaxy" is highly recommended
