Die aktuellen Entwicklungen in Mittel- und Osteuropa, insbesondere mit Bezug zur Europäischen Union, sind Thema des Seminars. Besonders wird das neue EU-Mitglied Kroatien in die Betrachtung einbezogen. Das Seminar befasst sich auch mit der Haltung Frankreichs und Spaniens zu diesen Entwicklungen.

This seminar is dedicated to some current problems of European constitutionalism. The accession of the European Union to the European Convention of Human Rights and the consequence for EU Law will be a topic of major importance. Constitutional developments in Central and Eastern Europe which have impact on European constitutionalism will be an issue of the seminar.
